Second time I’ve called True Blue to prune all my trees
Quick, thorough and good people to deal with
I’ll be calling them back next year !

I had a 40+ year-old gum tree in my backyard, and during the last round of storms in Melbourne, a large branch fell off it. This prompted me to take a closer look at the tree, and I realised it was not healthy.

I reached out to True Blue, they came to assess the tree, provided a quote, and even contacted the council on my behalf. Fortunately, no permit was required.

On the day of removal, they arrived on time and got straight to work efficiently. Since I have a fireplace, I wanted to keep the wood, and they kindly chopped it into the required sizes and even stacked it neatly. They also cleaned up all the leaves and debris, leaving my backyard and garage tidier than before they arrived.

From the initial site visit to the tree removal, the entire experience was seamless. I highly recommend their service!

We had a tricky job to get done, 2 x 30m gums close between 2 houses. After getting a number of quotes with huge variances in pricing and approach, Michael came out, took his time and explained the detail that gave me the confidence in his approach and they were the best price out there. Robyn then went well above & beyond to make the job happen sooner after a branch came down near my Wife. On the day, 37 degrees! Barry the climbing arborist was a machine!! Brian the crane operator was skillful in his operation then Glenn, Dylan & Jack didn’t stop to keeping both properties clean. Afterwards, Chris the stump grinder finished up, again professional and prompt. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else in the future, such an awesome team and genuinely good people!! Thanks again.

I dealt with Mick & Paul to remove my 3.5 cypresses & silver birch – and they did a fantastic job – and they were nice down-to-earth Aussie blokes 😀

The price was more than reasonable, but even if it had been more I’d have gone with them anyway, as I look for reliable, trustworthy tradesmen who will do a quality job – that’s the impression I got from them and they didn’t disappoint.

Also appreciate how quickly they squeezed my work into their schedule.

Did a great job clearing the remains of a fallen tree from the front of my property. Quick and professional service and they cleaned everything up really well before leaving.

True blue trees recently removed two large (20m+) trees from our property. We requested a quote from true blue trees and they were out for a site visit within 2 days and sent the quote through that afternoon. The team were fantastic, they were responsive to all emails, they were professional and did an incredible job. We got several quotes and true blue were very reasonably priced. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the job and 100% recommend them.
